User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Agreement", "Terms" or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and bet936 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bet936 website accessible at https://bet936.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality offered thereon.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing a wager or using any service offered by bet936, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account. bet936 reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion.

In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) obligations, bet936 requires Users to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any time the Platform deems it necessary for compliance purposes.

Standard KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to:

• Government-issued photographic identification (e.g., national identity card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the prior 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a bank statement or screenshot of a registered mobile wallet account)

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits — that is, funding an account using a payment instrument that does not belong to the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and refund of the deposited funds.

Pakistani users should note that familiar domestic payment services — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced on this Platform as payment methods familiar to Pakistani users only. None of these providers endorse, support, affiliate with or authorise gambling transactions on this Platform or otherwise. bet936 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, referral rewards and other promotional incentives. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) and qualifying games will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: All bonus funds and free bets carry an expiry date. Unused bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry without compensation.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate (or not at all) towards wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games and specific slots may be excluded or contribute at less than 100%.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in an account at any time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• One Claim Per Household: Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one claim per household, IP address, device and payment method.

• Cricket, PSL & ICC Markets: Pakistan-specific cricket markets, including PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournament matches and bilateral series, are governed by the sport-specific rules published within the sportsbook. Results are determined by the official governing body's published score.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, reporting to relevant authorities and potential civil or criminal action:

• Registering or using an account if you are under the minimum eligible age
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent identity or payment information
• Opening or using multiple accounts, whether under your own name or a fictitious identity
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts or other software to place wagers or exploit the Platform
• Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage betting or any activity that undermines the integrity of sporting events
• Money laundering or attempting to use the Platform to conceal, transfer or convert proceeds of criminal activity
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy or other circumvention technology
• Harassment, threats or abusive behaviour directed at Platform staff or other users

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet936 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or losses arising from wagering outcomes.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bet936 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content contained therein.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bet936 holds its operating licence, as specified in the Platform's licence documentation. Where no specific governing law clause overrides this provision, disputes shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of the relevant gaming authority.

Pakistani users acknowledge that the laws of Pakistan — including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 — may independently govern their ability to participate and to enforce any claim arising from their use of the Platform. bet936 makes no representation about the enforceability of this Agreement under Pakistani law from the User's perspective. Users should seek independent legal advice regarding their position.

In the event of a dispute regarding any wager, game outcome or account matter, the Platform's records shall be considered authoritative in the absence of a manifest technical error. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event; claims raised after this period may not be considered.

bet936 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Where changes are material — that is, where they substantially affect your rights or obligations — the Platform will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and/or an email to the registered account address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
